Verification Agent

Our unique program allows the borrowers to receive their pre-closing package via email. CJ Signing schedules a Verification Agent to pick up the completed pre-closing documents, confirm signatures, ensure that all necessary documents are enclosed, and ensure that the supplied Broker’s checklist is completed and that the package is ready for shipment.
